Why Spain. ???
with the current financial climate in the UK nobody in their right mind would think about buying abroad. Or would they???.
If you talk to the experts, they will tell you "when the market is Low, that's the time to Buy". we have been here for six years and really can't think of a scenario that would tempt us back. here we can walk in the towns at night, we are not frightened by the youths here, violent crime is very rare, but yes! we do have petty crime. It is just a case of taking the same precautions as you would in any holiday area elsewhere. Royal Palm Properties have made it possible for many families to enjoy 'Growing up' in a happy, secure, environment
